We are excited to announce that we are making significant improvements to our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system to better serve you. These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to enhance your experience with Suncoast Credit Union.

 

What to Expect:

Starting in the next few weeks, you will notice some changes when you call our member service line. Our new IVR system will feature:

  • Enhanced Navigation: Simplified menu options to help you reach the right department more quickly.
  • Improved Voice Recognition: More accurate and responsive voice commands to understand your needs better.
  • Personalized Experience: Tailored options based on your account history and preferences.
     

Why the Change?

We understand that your time is valuable, and we want to make your interactions with us as smooth and efficient as possible. The new IVR system is designed to reduce waiting times and improve the overall quality of service.
