The wait is almost over! We are working very hard to provide you with the best possible member experience on our brand-new Suncoast Mobile App. We will notify you via email and our other official channels as soon as the app is ready for you to download from the Apple or Google Stores.
The new app features a fresh, updated sign-in experience! You will need to create a new username and password, as your previous SunMobile or SunNet login credentials will not work in the new Suncoast Mobile App. We have also implemented enhanced security features to ensure your information stays better protected than ever.
To ensure your setup goes smoothly, please make sure you have a current email address and mobile phone number listed on your profile. You can easily update your information by calling our Member Contact Center (MCC) or visiting any of our branches.
You can look forward to a mix of your favorite tools and some exciting new additions! While the new app includes most features from the previous version, please note that not all features will be available at launch; instead, they will be rolled out over time. For example, you can expect enhanced mobile deposits and improved bill pay features right away.
Yes, you can! The new app includes a helpful feature called “Connect” that allows you to link eligible accounts from other financial institutions so you can view them right alongside your Suncoast accounts.
