Suncoast Scholarships
Suncoast is a proud supporter of public education. Since 1990, Suncoast Credit Union Foundation has provided more than $2.9 million in scholarships to students pursuing higher education. Scholarships are available to high school seniors who live in the counties served by Suncoast Credit Union and who demonstrate a need for financial assistance, possess leadership abilities and achieve high academic performance.
Suncoast takes great pleasure in helping future generations achieve their education goals. Applications are available online. Additionally, the Foundation endows scholarships to Hillsborough Community College, State College of Florida, Florida Gulf Coast University and Florida SouthWestern.
Suncoast Scholars Program
The Suncoast Credit Union Foundation has partnered with the Consortium of Florida Education Foundation to award $164,000 in student scholarships for graduates of the Class of 2024.
Suncoast will award $2,000 scholarships to high school seniors who demonstrate financial need and strong academic performance across the following counties.

Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must attend a public school and must be a high school senior.
- Scholarships recipients must enroll in an accredited 4-year college or university, or a 2-year college or technical school.
- The school must be located in Florida. Scholarships recipients must begin classes in the 2024-25 academic year.
