Alerts are generated by a variety of sources and are sent from or identified as a phone number or shortened code that may be different from our main phone number. To ensure the short codes generating the text is from Suncoast, you can verify these numbers from the list below:

Below are types of activity that can trigger a text alert notification to you:

  • Account transactions from a checking or savings which includes withdrawals, deposits, account balances, logging into Online or Mobile Banking, access authentication, budget status, and savings goal progress
  • Loan information such as payment reminders as well as loan status updates from new and pending loans
  • General notices and reminders include suspicious activity on a card or account, membership and account information, branch and holiday closures and responses regarding an inquiry or question
  • Card (debit or credit) transactions such as purchase(s), credit(s), enrollment9s), international as well as withdrawal, or low-balance alerts
