It’s simple – register to get this special perk by inputting your name and email as prompted. Then select ‘Join to Get Started’ to become a Suncoast Credit Union Member using the same email you used to register for the Zoo Pass. You must open a savings account with a minimum of $5 and then open or apply for another qualifying product.

Several of our products qualify for the ZooTampa Pass! You can open a checking account, share certificate, special savings or money market account. You can also qualify by applying for a credit card, auto loan or home equity loan – whatever works best for your financial needs.

Our special ZooTampa Pass provides you with free admission to ZooTampa now through the end of 2026! Some blackout dates apply. This is not a ZooTampa membership and does not include associated discounts and benefits.

Once you become a member and open or apply for a qualifying product, you will receive a unique code to redeem your Suncoast Zoo Pass at ZooTampa. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your unique code via email. To get your physical Suncoast Zoo Pass, visit the front gate at ZooTampa during operating hours and show your unique code to the front gate attendant. You can show your email on your phone, screenshot it, or print it out. You’ll also be required to have your photo taken for your physical Zoo card.

No, this pass is a special perk offered to new members, one per member. Once the code is redeemed it will no longer work.

Yes! You can use your Suncoast Zoo Pass to get admission to special seasonal events like Creatures of the Night, Christmas in the Wild, and more.

To guarantee entry to select seasonal events with limited capacity, passholders are encouraged to secure reservations in advance. A $5 reservation fee per Zoo Pass holder will be reimbursed in the form of a voucher for use in the park at select dining and retail locations.

The Suncoast Zoo Pass code is only valid through the end of 2026. The sooner you redeem your pass, the more visits you can make to the Zoo!
