Have You Sustained Property Damage?

Start by contacting your insurance provider to initiate a claim for the damage.

If you purchased insurance through Members Insurance Center and need to file a claim visit Insurance Claims & Payments | Members Insurance Center to locate your insurance carrier’s contact information.
After your insurance carrier has completed their damage assessment and issued your claim payment, please proceed by following the Real Estate Insurance Claim Instructions.

Switching Insurance Carriers with an Escrow Account?

If you prefer that we do not remit payment to the insurance carrier on file, please notify us at least 30 days prior to your policy renewal date to ensure the payment is stopped. You may call us at 800-999-5887, ask for Insurance Services, then option 2.
To submit your new insurance policy and request that the premium be paid from your escrow account, please send the new declaration page and invoice via email to insurance@suncoastcreditunion.com or send via mail to Suncoast Credit Union, PO Box 310139, Tampa, FL 33680-0139
