Please be patient as our Member Care Center is open and available but experiencing larger than normal call volumes. Our teams are working hard to make sure that we can help as many members as possible, but we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get things back to normal.

Hurricane Helene Payment Deferral Program

Suncoast Credit Union understands that financial challenges can arise, and we want to offer support during this time. If you are having difficulty making your upcoming loan payment, you may be eligible for a payment deferral (extension) on your existing loan with us.

To submit a request for a consumer loan extension online, please follow the steps below in online banking:

Log into SunNet Online Banking
Click on “Details” under the loan you wish to request the extension on
Click on “Loan Services”
Provide the reason for the request and the length of time you are requesting

A decision will be made within five business days. If you need assistance with a mortgage or credit card, please contact our Member Care Center at 800-999-5887.

Statewide Private Sector re-entry guide
Florida Disaster.Biz Business Damage Assessment Survey Florida Commerce and the State Emergency Response Team (SERT) activated the Business Damage Assessment Survey in response to Hurricanes Helene/Milton. Business owners can self-report physical and economic damage caused by the Hurricanes. Businesses can complete the survey online by and selecting “Hurricane Helene” or “Hurricane Milton” from the dropdown menu.
