Electronic Service of Subpoenas and Other Legal Requests

Suncoast Credit Union utilizes ServePort™ as our preferred platform for receiving all Service of Process documents (i.e. subpoenas, search warrants, garnishments). Suncoast’s acceptance of electronic service is part of our ongoing effort to enhance responsiveness, efficiency, and accuracy in our legal document handling. Follow the steps below to complete electronic service to Suncoast:

1. Access ServePort™ and enter your email address to receive a PIN;
2. Select the type of document you are serving and complete the short form;
3. Once you have submitted the request in ServePort™ you will receive a confirmation that your request has been submitted. 

Please note that legal documents issued outside of Florida, such as garnishments or subpoenas, lack jurisdiction and require domestication in Florida prior to submission.
