The Relaxation Company's Awakened Mind System 2.0 picks up where Dr. Jeffrey Thompson's original Awakened Mind System left off: this album consists of two half-hour ambient tracks with inaudible sonic pulses that allow the brain to think more deeply and creatively. An instructional booklet, which outlines the theories behind the music and how to use the album, is also included. Overall, this is a relaxing and (intentionally) thought-provoking collection of subtle background music.
